Homan has often had a hard time keeping his hands to himself. The 21-year-old splintered his victim’s jaw the last time. Now anti-aggression training together with other habitual offenders is supposed to help him learn to live without violence. The long-term observation entitled AMONG CRIMINALS (original title: UNTER VERBRECHERN) accompanies the difficult work with adolescents who know no limits and have no sympathy.
